Julia Bamberg
Julia comes from an entrepreneurial family background and leads all investment activities at Rhyme Capital. As one of the first members of Tengelmann´s direct investment team, she helped build the investment strategy and team from the ground up - gaining experience across both venture and growth investments, including buy-and-build concepts. Over the years, she sourced, structured and actively supported companies from first check through to exit, with a strong focus on consumer-close business models and a hands-on approach that goes well beyond capital - from board work to commercial strategy to being a genuine sparring partner when it matters most.

He brings a long-term perspective shaped by building businesses across consumer, hospitality and technology, and a deep belief that the best investments are built on trust, patience and real operational understanding.

Louisa Mayr
Louisa is part of the investment team at Rhyme Capital. She holds a business degree from WHU and Masters from CDTM and LMU. After university, she joined a buy-and-build platform as its first employee and helped build it from the ground up - leading multiple international acquisitions and scaling the team to over 1,200 people in four years. She later moved into private equity, managing transactions and portfolio responsibilities. Across both sides of the table, she has developed a conviction that the best investments are built not on financial models alone, but on a real understanding of what it takes to grow a business - and a hands-on commitment to the people doing the building.
